Trios Chefs Un Dîner - An Evening at Ellington’s

Ellington’s Mid Way Bar & Grill at the Fairlane Hotel has teamed up with famed Atlanta restaurant, Tiny Lou’s at Hotel Clermont, to kick off the New Year with a special collaboration event, Trios Chefs Un Dîner, on Thursday, January 30, from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

Three Chefs One Dinner will feature a meal curated by Ellington’s Executive Chef Kristin Beringson, Tiny Lou’s Executive Chef Jeb Aldrich and Tiny Lou’s Pastry Chef Claudia Martinez - a 2019 Eater Young Gun recipient. Tickets are $55 with an optional beverage pairing for $30. The four-course menu includes:

  • Canape: Foie gras torchon and smoked trout rillettes

  •  Appetizer: Crab cakes, malt vinegar remoulade, beet relish, baby greens

  • Entree: Certified Angus Beef prime strip loin bourguignonne, red wine salsify, carrot tallow, house smoked bacon, grains of paradise

  • Dessert: Pink peppercorn mousse, sacher biscuit, candied hazelnuts, passion fruit
